Mark Zuckerberg? More like Mark Suckerberg

I think I speak for the vast majority of us when we say that we all use Facebook.  Facebook has become so ubiquitous with our society that many security agencies might label you as a threat if you DON'T have a Facebook profile.  Facebook allows us to stay connected to those we like, those we dislike, and people who we might want to like in the future.

That being said, however, I really hope there's not a single person that really believes that Mark Zuckerberg cares about any of us.  Facebook was started in Harvard as FaceSmash by Zuckerberg when he illegally obtained photos from the dormitory storage servers at the school.  He lied to administrators and classmates that he was creating a Harvard social network, instead creating the product that is known today as Facebook (leading to a $300 million dollar lawsuit).  He liquidated his own cofounder's shares of the company before kicking him out in out.  It's even safe to say that Facebook's business strategy of stealing your personal information and selling it to advertisers is common knowledge.

Zuckerberg is not a nice guy, doesn't play by the rules, and uses his own product to convey the exact image he wants everybody to believe - the opposite of reality.

Internet.org is the name of Facebook's free internet initiative, currently available in India.  Above you can see Mark Zuckerberg meeting with your every-day indian Soybean Farmer to find out how his free internet will help the people of India, and to convey to the world how great and humanitarian Facebook and Zuckerberg really are.

The catch:  Internet.org is really just a marketing platform.  Internet.org offers only a subset of the internet to its subscribers: an internet ruled by and served to you on a dish by none other than Facebook themselves.  It really is the perfect product: Milk millions out of the personal information of unwitting consumers unable to tell the difference, and spin it in a humanitarian way in order to make your investors and home audience feel a little white guilt.

Zuckerberg, on top of exploiting us and our information for years through the guise of "Connecting the World" and "Meaningful Connections", is now exploiting the poor in developing countries in order for those precious ad-views, and is bragging about it.  Zuckerberg has created the perfect product of himself, and we must all be wary of the cult of personality people like him have the power to create.
