National Internet Terms of Service V1
By using the Internet, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. The Internet is moderated and monitored by the National Security Agency. These Terms of Use affect your legal right and obligations. If you do not agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use, do not use the Internet.
1. You must be at least 13 years old to use the
Internet. If an individual is younger than 13 years of age, they are permitted
to use the Internet under supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
While under supervision, any actions of the
individual will be the responsibility of the parent or legal guardian. Any
illegal Internet activity will result in criminal charges against the parent or guardian in charge at the time
the acts were committed.
2. You are prohibited from using the Internet to conspire with others to commit any malicious behavior (as defined by the NSA) that could endanger yourself or others.
3. You are prohibited from using the Internet to access information or instructions to create or find anything that could endanger yourself or others.
4. Internet users under the age of 18 are prohibited from accessing websites containing pornographic content of any sort. If a user is found doing so illegally, the parent or legal guardian will be charged with neglect.
5. Internet users under the age of 21 are prohibited from accessing websites for the advertisement and sale of alcoholic beverages.
6. Website administrators are prohibited from having anything illegal on their websites. This includes but is not limited to child pornography, drug content (note: marijuana content may be permitted depending on the laws of the state), torture or deaths of animals, and torture or deaths of people.
7. In the instance that illegal content is posted, both the website administrator and the Internet user will be charged.
8. All website administrators will not be held responsible for any disclosure of Content. Users of the Internet agree that content posted will be non-confidential.
9. Provided that you are over the age of 18, you are prohibited from posting any nude content of any individual over 18 other than yourself on the Internet without written consent. (Consent should be posted on the website.) Child nude content is strictly prohibited ( as stated in Term 6).
10. Reposting copyrighted content is strictly prohibited without written consent from the original owner of the content and/or a statement of the source of the original content.
11. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your Internet access for any reason, without advanced notice, at any time.
a. You will be notified of the reasons for your terminated or suspended access before or after the access has been terminated/suspended.
b. If the access has been terminated, you will be held liable for your actions and will be charged in the United States Federal Court System accordingly.
c. If the access has been suspended, you will be held liable for your actions. You will be fined for your actions. If you would like to plead not guilty to the given charge, you can do so on the court date listed on the suspension notice at the provided date and time. If the suspension notice requires a court appearance, you must appear in court on the court date and time listed. If the suspension notice does not require a court appearance, you may pay the fine on the website provided. Once the fine has been paid, you will regain access to the Internet.
12. We reserve the right to monitor your Internet activity at any time without notice.
13. We reserve the right to refuse Internet access to anyone for any reason at any time.
14. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion to change these Terms of Use at any time, for any reason. We will provide advanced notice as to when the Updated Terms of Use will take effect.
15. We reserve the right to suspend all Internet activity at any time without notice to perform regular maintenance, upgrades, or emergency repairs.
16. BY ACCESSING THIS SERVICE, YOU ARE INDICATING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE ABOVE TERMS OF SERVICE AND YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOU MAY BE WAIVING SOME RIGHTS TO PRIVACY.
